On-Site Sessions

In-person eight-hour engagements will be tailored to the division’s needs/requests. The consultant will work with division leaders to develop specific plans for each on-site visit. Items can include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing/planning for school improvement

  • Facilitating needs assessment

  • Coaching/advising leaders/principals

  • Auditing instructional materials, practices, and/or expectations

  • Observing instructional delivery/lesson planning and providing feedback

  • Assessing instructional systems

  • Building principal instructional leadership capacity

Professional Development

Sessions, which can be designed for teachers or principals, are fully customizable and available in person or via virtual delivery. Opportunities vary from one-hour to half-day and full-day offerings. Topics include, but are not limited to:
